A customer experience strategy that matches Molton Brown customers with their perfect scent.

Working closely with retail design consultancy Dalziel & Pow, we developed an in-store experience that reinvented Molton Brown’s existing perfume range for its customers. The experience involved visitors selecting from a range of tactile, audio and visual stimuli to create a detailed sensory profile used to identify their perfect scent.


The experience strategy was part of an ambitious redesign of fragrance packaging and in-store display and resulted in a significant uplift in fragrance sales year-on-year.
